Ingredients:
12 Chicken wings, thawed
½ C Vegetable oil
½ C Vegetable oil or 4 oz butter for spices
4 T Bayou Cajun Spice
2 t Salt
Preparation:
Stove Top
- Heat ½ C vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium high heat. (The oil should only come halfway up the side of the pan.)
- Fry wings until they are browned and crispy (about 15 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 F).
- Heat the remaining ½ C vegetable oil or butter and mix in Bayou Cajun Spice and salt.
- Toss wings with butter and spices in a large bowl.
- Serve with carrots sticks, celery sticks and your favorite Ranch or Bleu Cheese Dressings.
Air Fryer
- These can also be cooked in an air fryer from frozen about 20 – 25 minutes.
