2 ea. Eggs
1/2-3/4 c. Milk or water
1 tsp. Baking powder
3/4 tsp. Salt
1.3/4 tb. Catch Of The Day Fish Spice
1 c. Flour
Preparation
- 1.Mix all the wet ingredients then add in the dry.
- Place in the refrigerator and allow to cool.
Tips
Good for shrimp, scallops, lobster and fish. This batter will work well with vegies. And serve the seafood with tartare sauce.
