Ingredients
1 lb Pork loin (boneless)
2 Tbsp Mama’s Mojo seasoning
2 tsp Salt (optional)
2 Tbsp Mayo
2 Tbsp Yellow mustard
4 Buns
4 Swiss cheese slices
Pickles
Preparation
- Cut pork in half.
- Heat oil over medium heat in a 10” pan.
- Coat pork with Mama’s Mojo Seasoning and salt .
- Add pork to the pan and cook for about 6 minutes each side.
- Remove pork from the pan and allow it to rest for 4 minutes.
- Toast the bun in the skillet, and add cheese to one side.
- Add mayo, mustard, pork and pickles.
