Mama’s Mojo Pork Sandwich


1 lb Pork loin (boneless)

2 Tbsp Mama’s Mojo seasoning

2 tsp Salt (optional)

2 Tbsp Mayo

2 Tbsp Yellow mustard

4 Buns

4 Swiss cheese slices



  1. Cut pork in half.
  2. Heat oil over medium heat in a 10” pan.
  3. Coat pork  with Mama’s Mojo Seasoning and salt .
  4. Add pork to the pan and cook for about 6 minutes each side.
  5. Remove pork from the pan and allow it to rest for 4 minutes.
  6. Toast the bun in the skillet, and add cheese to one side.
  7. Add mayo, mustard, pork and pickles.
