Roasted Salmon Salad

Ready in 45 minutes

Serves 4 people


16 0z. Salmon 

2 tbs. Yellow Pepper

2 tbs. Green Pepper

2 tsp. Mayonnaise

2 tbs. Catch Of The Day Fish Spice

2 tsp. Oil vegetable

1 tsp. salt


Take the salmon and put on a broil coat with the oil season with salt and half of the fish spice. Then coat with a little more oil. 

Broil the salmon for about 8-10 minutes.  

Dice the peppers fine and place in a bowl. Mix in the mayonnaise and the rest of the fish spice to allow it to stand while the fish cools. 

Place the fish in the bowl and mix. 

Allow to stand for 2 hours before serving. 

Serve with mix greens and tomatoes
