Southwest Poblano Green Chili

Ready in 20 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients

1-2 tsp  Olive oil 

1 lb       Country style 

4 Tbsp  Southwest Poblano Spice

½ tsp     Salt

¾ C       Green onions

¾ C       Red peppers 

1 Tbsp  Tequila (optional)

4 tsp      Lime juice 

10 oz    Green chili sauce

¾ C      Chicken stock              

Preparation

1.In a sauté pan add the oil over medium high heat. 

 2. Add the chicken along with Southwest Poblano Spice and salt and cook for about 8 minutes. 

3. Add the onions and peppers to the pan and cook for 2 more minutes. 

4.Then add the tequila, lime juice, green chili sauce, and chicken stock. Simmer over medium heat for 5-6  minutes.

Serve with rice, tortillas, tomatoes, avocados, etc.
