Ingredients
3/4 C Heavy Cream
3/4 C Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp Southwest Poblano Spice
1 Tbsp Beer or tequila
*Optional – pinch of salt
Preparation
- Heat the cream over medium heat in a saucepan.
- Slowly whisk in the cheese and stir until melted.
- Add the Southwest Poblano Spice, alcohol. and salt. Simmer for about 2 minutes and serve.
